The cognitive and neural mechanisms underlying facial expression recognition and social decision-making.

The focus of my PhD research is on the orbitofrontal cortex (OFC) and facial expression processing. More specifically, I aim to elucidate the role of the OFC in facial expression processing and to investigate how facial expression processing influences our ability to alter our behaviour.
