Thesis Details

Motor imagery and biomechanical constraints.

I am interested in the mental representation of body parts and more precisely in the differences between possible and impossible anatomical orientations of the body. My goal is to investigate to what extent the representations of impossible orientations are influenced by the actual biomechanical constraints of the body.
