Sub-types of developmental reading difficulties: cognitive correlates and implications for remediation in surface dyslexia

Using the single case design approach within a developmental cognitive neuropsychological framework, the research aims to understand the cognitive correlates or causes of developmental surface dyslexia in adult and paediatric subjects. This will assist us to understand the nature of the reading difficulty in more detail and may have some implications for remediation or compensatory techniques.
